Timothy Mackley Indictment Details Murder Of Marcine Herinck
The indictment charges that Mackley kidnapped, maimed, and sexually abused 89-year-old Marcine Herinck before killing her.

PORTLAND, OR – A new indictment charges that Timothy Mackley kidnapped, maimed, and sexually attacked 89-year-old Marcine Herinck before killing her. Mackley was arrested two-weeks-ago driving around with Hernick's body in the trunk of his car.
The 23-count indictment charges that Mackley went into Herinck's home on Sept. 18 or 19 and kidnapped her.

In between the time she was taken from her home in Northeast Portland and the time she was found, Herinck was held prisoner, sexually assaulted, and tortured. Prosecutors charge that when Mackley was stopped by police on Sept. 24, he was taking Herinck's body to dispose of it.
The 23-count indictment against Mackley includes charges of abusing a corpse, murder, burglary, and sexual abuse.

Clackamas County detectives are also investigating whether there are any links between Mackley and the still-unsolved murder last year of Merrilee Cooley. She had been found in the trunk of a car murdered.
