Traffic Alert: 3-Car Crash Blocks Portland Traffic

The incident was reported northeast Maine Drive around 8 a.m. Tuesday. Two drivers sustained critical injuries.

PORTLAND, OR — A three-car crash on Northeast Marine Drive Tuesday injured two drivers and blocked traffic from Northeast 223rd Avenue, according to Multnomah County Sheriff's officials.

One of the two drivers who sustained critical injuries was taken to hospital by life-flight following the 8 a.m. crash east of Blue Lake Road in Fairview.

Northeast Marine Drive between Blue Lake Road and Northeast 223rd will be shut down at least until noon while the crash is investigated.

Through traffic should use Northeast Sandy Boulevard or Interstate-84 until the road reopens.
