Vancouver Woman Killed In Car Crash On Highway 30

Natasha Carrillo was reportedly leaving the Bottoms Up Tavern when she was hit by a westbound Ford F350 Thursday evening.

ST. HELENS, OR — A Vancouver, Washington, woman was killed Thursday when her Toyota was struck by a Ford pickup on Highway 30, east of Northwest Cornelius Pass Road.

Driving a blue 2002 Toyota Camry, Natasha Melyn Carrillo, 26, was reportedly pulling onto the eastbound lanes of Highway 30 from the Bottoms Up Tavern when she was struck by a westbound 2000 Ford F350 just after 7:30 p.m. May 10.

Carrillo was pronounced deceased at the scene, Oregon State Police officials said.

The Ford was being driven by 55-year-old Rainier resident Kim Cox.

OSP officials said both women were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash but did not specify whether Cox sustained any injuries.

Police have not determined whether intoxicants were a factor in the crash.
