- A Portland-favorite doughnut spot is back again with another exclusive flavor. Voodoo Doughnut has announced its new fluffernutter donut. The delicious treat is deep fried and shaped like a peanut before being filled with marshmallow fluff, dipped in peanut butter, and topped with chopped nuts. The new treat was announced on Jan. 2. - January 2023 marks the arrival of the second annual Portland Music Month. Every time you see a show at a participating venue, a portion of the proceeds will go to Echo Fund. Echo Fund helps local creators to be empowered and successful. Every time you enter you will also be eligible for a variety of prizes. (Willamette Week)
- A Portland Korean Church went up in flames early Tuesday evening. The three-alarm fire happened at SW 10th and Clay around 5:00 p.m. Nearby streets were shut down during the fire, causing considerable traffic. The church was abandoned, and no one was injured during the fire. (KOIN.com)
