Ambler Voter Guide 2025: Who's On Ballot, Where To Vote

Nov. 4 is Election Day. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

AMBLER, PA — Election Day is Nov. 4 in Pennsylvania, with several key municipal and state races on the ballot.

The Ambler mayoral race features incumbent Democrat Jeanne Sorg against Republican challenger Bernadette Dougherty.

Dougherty is also running for tax collector against Democrat Jennifer Stomsky, who drew national attention and faced calls for resignation after controversial social media posts in September which called for political violence.

Eight candidates will battle for the hotly contested Wissahickon School Board race, which joins neighboring North Penn as one of the most tightly fought battles in the county this November.

Democrats Amy Ginsburg, Noel Kelly, Eugene Golson, and Daniel Strauss will face Republicans Colleen Cemprola, Michelle Chess, Syeeta Settles, and Steve Black.

In the Judge of the Superior Court race, Democrat Brandon Neuman faces Republican Maria Battista and Liberal Daniel Wassmer.

In the Commonwealth Court election, Democrat Stella Tsai faces Republican Matt Wolford.

And finally, in the Jury Commissioner race, Democratic Andrea Bapitste faces Republican Merry Broderick Woods.

Polls will open Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 7 a.m. Voters can cast ballots up until 8 p.m.
