Gwynedd Mercy University Hosting Christmas Tree Lighting Event Tuesday

GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA — Gwynedd Mercy University is getting into the holiday spirit, as it will host a Christmas tree lighting early Tuesday evening.

The event will take place at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the university's Assumption Hall Walkway. The tree will be lit promptly at 5 p.m.

Guests will find live performances, seasonal crafts, food and beverages, gift wrapping, an ugly sweater contest, and more.

They will also enjoy shopping from more than a dozen local vendors offering handcrafted items, books, and gifts.

Gwynedd Mercy University Assumption Hall Walkway is located at 1325 Sumneytown Pike in Gwynedd Valley.
