Griswold Home Care, Walgreens Team Up on Flu Shots
Get Vaccinated Free Nov. 14 at Griswold Home Care of Southeastern Pennsylvania
Griswold Home Care of Southeastern Pennsylvania has teamed up with Walgreens to ensure its clients and area residents are vaccinated against the flu this season. A Walgreens pharmacist or nurse practitioner will administer the free flu shots on Nov. 14, 2017, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., to those who are pre-registered at the Griswold office located at 120 W. Germantown Pike, Suite 250, Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
While those with insurance can ordinarily get the vaccine at no charge, those without will particularly benefit from the relationship. Simply call to reserve a free voucher for the flu shot at the local Griswold office.
“This vaccination event underscores the importance of getting a flu shot, especially for our seniors. However we are opening up this opportunity to our caregivers and the community at large,” says Michelle Still, regional director of Griswold Home Care, which is headquartered in Plymouth Meeting. “Walgreens has been leading the charge on flu shots every year, so we are happy to be partnering with them for such a healthy cause during the coming season”.
