Lincoln Drive Lanes Closing Periodically For 2 Weeks: PennDOT
The busy road will have periodic weekday lane closures as crews do pavement marking and sign installation work, PennDOT said.
PHILADELPHIA — Lincoln Drive in Philadelphia will have periodic weekday lane closures for two weeks, according to PennDOT.
Crews will be doing pavement marking and sign installation work on Lincoln Drive in Philadelphia under a project to install safety enhancements to improve travel and reduce high-speed crashes across the five-county Philadelphia region.
The work will force periodic closures on weekdays, Monday, Nov. 6 through Thursday, Nov. 16.

The affected portion of road is between Allens Lane and Wayne Avenue.
Work will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
