According to The Leapfrog Group, Chestnut Hill Hospital's grade has remained the same since the spring health safety report.
CHESTNUT HILL, PHILADELPHIA — New health safety grades for hospitals have been released by The Leapfrog Group, and Chestnut Hill Hospital has held onto its most recent safety grade.
According to Leapfrog's Fall 2022 Hospital Safety Grades report, Chestnut Hill Hospital was graded C
In spring, it earned a C as well.

Back in fall 2021, the facility earned a D grade.
According to Leapfrog, Chestnut Hill Hospital performs below average in several fields, including blood infections, sepsis after surgery, enough qualified nurses, and dangerous bed sores.
