2023 Havertown Irish Festival: What You Need To Know

HAVERTOWN, PA — The Fifth Annual Havertown Irish Festival is all set for Saturday in Havertown.

This year's event will feature a beer garden, live music, crafters and artisans, food, kids' fun, and more.

The festival will take place from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Haverford School District Administration Building, 50 E. Eagle Road in Havertown.

Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon (D-5th District) will Grand Marshal this year's festival.

"As a proud Irish American, I am honored to be the Grand Marshal at the 5th annual Havertown Irish Festival," Scanlon said. "I attended Kelly Music’s Havertown Irish Festival last year and had a wonderful time. The Kelly Center for Music, Arts and Community knows how to celebrate the Irish heritage and music that is so central to our region."

Admission to the festival is free, and so is parking in the neighborhoods around the administration building, as well as at Grace Chapel on the corner of Eagle and Darby Road

Parking in the metered municipal lots is free after 6 p.m.

The festival will be held rain or shine.

Kelly's Pub Beer Garden will offer beer and seltzers for sale next to the stage on East Hathaway Lane.

Outside alcohol is not permitted to be brought in.

Alcohol is not permitted on the field or elsewhere on the school property.

Bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters and pull behind carts and wagons are not permitted inside the festival grounds.

Push from behind baby strollers are permitted.

Pets are not permitted in the festival.
