Music, Food, More This Weekend In Havertown's Merwood Park

HAVERTOWN, PA — This weekend, Merwood Park in Havertown will be full with food trucks, a massive inflatable slide, and plenty of music to bring a close to Kelly Music for Life's Summer Fun Jam schedule.

The event will take place from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday in Merwood Park.

Admission is free and open to everyone.

Six acts will take the stage at the event: Ava Pastore, Annabelle Soley, Katherine Daly, PEEKS!, Somerdale, and Del's Groove.

Attendees can bring their chairs and beverages.

The day will also feature various food trucks and a giant two-lane inflatable slide.

"Life is getting back to normal after a long shutdown," Tom Kelly, Chairman of Kelly Music for Life, said. "We feel safe and ready to get back into our live music events full swing! So bring a chair to Merwood Park in Havertown and enjoy a full day of music and fun for the whole family."

Summer Fun Jam is a fundraiser to support the non-profit Kelly Center for Music, Arts and Community in Havertown.

"A primary mission for Kelly Music for Life is to support young, local, musical talent as they develop their singer/songwriter craft," organizer Paul Kelly said. "We are proud to showcase such a wealth of local talent at our events."

The event will be held rain or shine.

Free parking is available in the SEPTA Ardmore Junction Lot next to Merwood Park.
