After School Attack In Delco Leads To Charges For 3: Police
Police said Dashay Sheppard and Lashay Simpson-Sheppard, along with a juvenile girl, attacked two people after school let out on Nov. 5.

SHARON HILL, PA — Two adults and a teenager are charged with simple assault and more after police said they followed their victims from a Delaware County school then attacked them recently.
Lashay Simpson-Sheppard, 34, and Dashay Sheppard, 18, both of Glenolden, were charged with two counts each of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, and harassment. A juvenile daughter of one of the two women was also charged, authorities said.
The charges stem from a Nov. 5 incident on the 1100 block of Chester Pike in Sharon Hill, police said.

According to Sharon Hill Borough Police, the victims were dismissed from school at Academy Park High School and were followed by Sheppard, Simpson-Sheppard, and the juvenile.
When the victims reached the 1100 block of Chester Pike, Simpson-Sheppard, Sheppard, and the juvenile got out of a vehicle, dragged the victims out of their vehicle, and assaulted them before driving off, police said.

Simpson-Sheppard and Sheppard surrendered to police the next day, according to authorities. The daughter has been charged at the juvenile level, police said.
The two were released from custody on $20,000 unsecured bail, each, and are scheduled for Nov. 19 preliminary hearings, court records show.
