A rally is planned in Hatboro in the wake of the death of Renee Nicole Good, a Minnesota woman who was shot and killed by an ICE agent.

EASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — A rally is set for this weekend in Hatboro to protest the fatal ICE incident that took place in Minnesota, organizers said.

The Hatboro Indivisible organization has announced an "ICE Out For Good" for Saturday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the corner of York Road and Lehman Avenue.

The protest is in support of Renee Nicole Good, a Minnesota woman who was shot and killed by an ICE agent while in her car in Minnesota.

At least six federal prosecutors in Minnesota have resigned amid internal disputes over the Justice Department’s handling of the fatal ICE shooting of Good.

The departures followed pressure from senior Justice Department officials to pursue an investigation into Good’s widow while declining to open a civil rights investigation into whether the ICE agent’s use of deadly force was lawful.

An expanded deployment would bring roughly 3,000 federal immigration officers to the Twin Cities, a number that exceeds local police forces.
