A 55-year-old Willow Grove man has been charged with driving under the influence in connection with a one-vehicle crash in Horsham Township.   Thomas Michael Alekna, was arrested for and charged with DUI on Aug. 1, following a one-vehicle crash on Welsh Road near Tennis Avenue in Horsham Township.  Alekna exhibited signs of intoxication to a degree where he was unable to perform field sobriety tests, police said.

Alcohol was a factor in a one-vehicle crash in Horsham Township, according to police.
