Longtime North Hills School Director Dies

The former school director spent a dozen years on the board.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — Longtime North Hills School Director Lou Nudi has died, the district announced. He was 84.

Mr. Nudi served on the North Hills school board from 2007 to 2019. During his 12-year tenure, he served as vice president in 2014, 2015 and 2016, and also served on the Pennsylvania School Boards Association nominating committee and legislative platform committee.

“Those who knew Lou know how much he loved this district and its students,” Superintendent Patrick J. Mannarino said.. “His lifelong contributions as not only a dedicated public servant but as a devoted community member and proud father impacted many and he will be missed.”
