North Hills School District: Pennsylvania Music Educators Association All-State Convention Preview Concert Set

The North Hills Wind Ensemble will preview their upcoming performance at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) All-State Conference in a special concert on Monday, April 4.

Their conference performance will take place the following Friday, April 8, at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in the Poconos.
North Hills was selected to perform at the conference by blind evaluation of more than 50 applicants. To be chosen is like winning a curricular state championship for a high school band!

Since 2011, North Hills has been selected five times to be featured at the PMEA All-State Convention, four times to be featured at the NAfME All-Eastern Convention, and once to the Bands of America National Concert Band Festival – all in different years.
The concert on April 4 will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the North Hills Middle School auditorium.
