Firefighters and EMS workers gathered at the station Tuesday evening as a group of volunteers bared their scalps to raise money for the organization.

Bic will make a $400 donation for every person who shaved his head and had the act—from start to finish—recorded on video. Most of the willing guys had their hair shorn with electric clippers before they went under the blade with cleanup shavers Kristin Norwood and Renee Sullivan.

Tom Sheehan said the company raised $1,600 for Make-A-Wish last year, and is aiming to raise $3,000 this year. Pledge sheets were available Tuesday for those interested in netting extra donations.

Participants were Wyatt Swartley, Darren Moran, Dave Sauls, Pat Fota, Scott Mickalonis, Tom Sheehan, Brian Debus, John Carfagno, Jeff Hood, Paul Giannini and Lester Schaeffer.
