Why go: Get involved with a great local organization. The Rotary Club of Norristown, founded in 1921, meets for lunch every Thursday.

Where/When: Sly Fox, 312 N. Lewis Road, Royersford; March 17, 5 to 11 p.m.

Why go: Every Thursday, ending with March 17, Sly Fox will host St. Patrick’s Day Boot Camp. On St. Patrick’s Day, a drawing will be held to select one lucky Boot Camp participant to win a free trip to Ireland!
