Report: Possible Attempted Child Luring in Schwenksville
Police are also investigating hit-and-run, identity theft incidents.

A 12-year-old boy told police a man in a white work van asked him to help find a lost dog “and offered him ice cream,” Monday afternoon in Schwenksville, according to a Pennsylvania State Police report.
The boy was alone while he was walking at Second and Church streets when the man approached him, the report states. The man “cracked the window to speak with the (boy),” and made the offer; he drove away when the boy refused, the report continues.
The white work van has a white registration plate with blue letters—“possibly a PA registration”—tinted front windows and no rear windows, according to the police report. The boy was unable to provide a description of the man.
