More than 25 Peters Township, and surrounding area, restaurants have committed to this year's 'Taste of the Township' in April.

Tickets are on sale now for the 11th annual "Taste of the Township."

A staple in the community, the event's proceeds benefit the . It's a fun night of food, festivities and mingling with township officials, friends and neighbors. 

Library director Pier Lee confirmed last week that more than 25 Peters Township, and surrounding area, restaurants will be offering good eats and tasty treats—, Bella Sera, Bethel Bakery, , , , , , , and , just to name a few.

Music will be provided by Lucarelli Jazz and three-time Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl champion John Banaszak will be a special guest. The night will also include silent and Chinese auctions, and remarkable raffles.

Tickets are available now at the library's circulation desk. Checks can be made payable to "TOT Friends of the Library."
