Pittsburgh World Affairs Council President to Speak at Peters Library
Dr. Steve Sokol will talk about the future of the European Union on Wednesday.

The  continues its eight-year partnership with the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh and welcomes Dr. Steve Sokol, president of the organization, on Wednesday.
At 7 p.m., Sokol will present the program, "The Future of the European Union," where he will speak about the sovereign debt crisis that has gripped the eurozone over the past year and has posed a mortal threat to the future of the European Union as a political and economic bloc, according to library staff.
Sokol is well trained in global issues and international affairs, including German political affairs.
