1 Dead, 1 Wounded In Pittsburgh-Area Shooting

PENN HILLS, PA - One man died and another person was wounded in a shooting here on Thursday.

Allegheny County 911 was notified of the incident at around 4 p.m. First responders to the 100 block of Topaz Drive found a man dead at the scene. The second shooting victim was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.

The identity of the man who died has not been released.

County police said there is no threat to the community.
