1 Dead, 2 Injured After Street Fight Shooting: Police
One person was detained at the scene in Clairton, according to police.
CLAIRTON, PA — One man is dead and two are injured after a shooting early Sunday in Clairton, according to police.
Authorities responded around 4 a.m. to a large street fight in the 400 block of State Street, police said, adding that arriving officers heard shots in the crowd at 4:10 a.m.
The man who died was shot and fled the area, crashing his vehicle on State Street, according to police. A second man was shot in the arm and a third was shot in the leg, police said, adding both were taken to area hospitals and in stable condition.
