$2M Jackpot-Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Western PA

BEAVER COUNTY, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Midland sold a winning Mega Millions with Megaplier ticket worth $2 million for the April 1 drawing.
The ticket matched all five white balls drawn, 11-12-21-29-49, but not the yellow Mega Ball 3, to win $2 million.
Midland Beer Distributor, 233 Midland Avenue, Midland, will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Without the $1 Megaplier option, the ticket would have been worth $1 million. Megaplier is an optional feature that, for an additional $1 per play, gives players a chance to increase the value of any non-jackpot prize winnings by 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x. Any non-jackpot prize won on a Mega Millions play is multiplied by the Megaplier number drawn if the player purchased the Megaplier feature.

More than 18,500 other PA Lottery Mega Millions tickets won prizes of various amounts in the drawing, including more than 4,200 tickets purchased with Megaplier.
