3 Killed In Pittsburgh-Area House Fire

ARMSTRONG COUNTY, PA — Three people perished in an early-morning house fire in Kittanning Monday morning.

The fire broke out around 4 a.m. in the 1400 block of North Grant Avenue.

The victims included a man, woman, and 3-year-old child, WPXI-TV reported.

According to WTAE-TV, two other children made it out of the home.

The coroner was on the scene as firefighters worked to extinguish lingering hot spots.

There is no word yet on how the fire began.
