WHITE OAK, PA — A Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Allegheny County has sold a $3 million-winning $3,000,000 Golden Ticket Scratch-Off. Nic’s Tobacco on Lincoln Way in White Oak, will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
$3,000,000 Golden Ticket is a $30 game that offers top prizes of $3 million.
Scratch-off prizes expire one year from the game's end-sale date posted at palottery.com.
