3 Shot On Heavily Traveled Pittsburgh-Area Street
Three people were wounded in a weekend shooting incident in a Pittsburgh-area neighborhood.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Police are investigating the shooting of three people on the main street in Mount Oliver Saturday night.
Allegheny County police said the shooting occurred in the 200 block of Brownsville Road at around 9:20 p.m. First responders found several spent casings on ground outside of a business and were notified of two victims that were taken to hospitals.
Preliminary information indicates an 18-year-old female was shot through the foot and is at a hospital in stable condition. A 23-year-old male was shot in the buttocks and is at a hospital in stable condition. About two hours later, a third victim was located and is in stable condition at a hospital with a graze wound to the arm.
