Burgatory, Shorty's Partner To Open New Themed Restaurant

Here's a preview of one of the new restaurants opening in Pittsburgh next year.

PITTSBURGH, PA — A partner in the Pittsburgh Burgatory and Shorty's restaurant chains will debut a new restaurant concept on Centre Avenue in Eastside next year. Palm Palm

Pittsburgh real estate executive and restaurateur Herky Pollock, his wife, Lisa Pollock, and their partners chef Ed Smith and Amanda Smith will open Palm Palm - a homage to Palm Springs - in the late spring.

The restaurant will feature a blend of sleek mid-century modern furniture, woods, and gold and brass accents. There will be two private dining rooms inside the kitchen and a large patio outside.
