PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for Everyday Noodles on Forbes Avenue in Squirrel Hill for numerous health code violations.

During an inspection on June 18, one live mouse was observed on a glue trap behind the other water heater. One dead and decomposed mouse observed on floor beneath dry storage shelves on right side.

One bag of onions on a sheet tray on the bottom shelf of the speed rack in the basement was resting on top of fresh rodent droppings, and fresh rodent droppings observed inside of the bag.

A restaurant with a consumer alert placard is allowed to operate for a temporary period not exceeding 10 days. Another inspection is conducted either prior to the expiration of the temporary period upon request of the eatery owner or on the tenth day.
