Daughter Of Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes Begins College In Pittsburgh
Katie Holmes helped daughter Suri Cruise move into Pittsburgh's Carnegie Mellon University over the weekend.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Suri Cruise, the daughter of Hollywood royalty and former married couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, has arrived in Pittsburgh to attend college at Carnegie Mellon University.
The Daily Mail of London on Tuesday published photos of Holmes, 45, the former "Dawson's Creek" star, and Suri Cruise arriving on campus over the weekend.
The move-in had been widely anticipated since June, when the new Tartan disclosed her college choice in a TikTok video posted by a fellow student at at LaGuardia High School in New York City.

The video featured about a dozen students wearing sweatshirts that revealed the names of their college choices. Suri, 18, was outfitted in a red hoodie emblazoned with "Carnegie Mellon."
What's next for Suri? According to the Carnegie Mellon website, she will be busy with first-year student orientation activities through Saturday. Classes begin at the university on Monday.

Cruise, 62, was not in Pittsburgh over the weekend to lug a refrigerator into his daughter's dorm room. According to the Daily Mail, he is busy filming another "Mission Impossible" movie.
