Ellwood City Man Surrenders To FBI For Involvement In Jan. 6 Capitol Riot
The criminal complaint reports that Julia Sizer and her husband entered the Capitol for a few minutes before leaving.

An Ellwood City man turned himself in to the FBI Thursday morning on charges related to alleged criminal acts at the United States Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Brian Sizer is facing multiple charges including knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, and disorderly conduct.
In March 2021, Julia Sizer, Brian's wife, was interviewed about her activities at the Capitol on Jan. 6. The criminal complaint reports that she and her husband entered the Capitol for a few minutes before leaving.
