Get Paid To Be In Major Movie Being Filmed In Pittsburgh

Here's an opportunity to make money and appear in the movie "Hershey."

PITTSBURGH, PA — Would you like to be paid to appear in a movie? Here's your chance.

Mosser Casting is looking for background actors to be in "Hershey", a movie about Pennsylvania chocolate pioneer Milton Hershey and wife Kitty. Production will begin next month in and around Pittsburgh.

Mosser will be looking for people of all ages to portray an array of characters from the late 1800s-early 1900s for filming between May 12-June 27. There will be no filming on weekends.

The job pays $225 a day for a 12-14 hour shoot. Overtime is paid after 12 hours. The hours for minors are shorter.

There is a mandatory costume fitting, hair and makeup consult prior to an extra's shoot date in the West Mifflin area that pays $50 for two hours or less.

A few particulars: Women must be willing to wear a corset because of the time period. Men cannot have a shaved head. Both women and men must have no neck, chest, hand or facial tattoos.
