PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has shut down Kohli's Indian Imports grocery on South Craig Street in Oakland for health code violations.

An inspection Thursday revealed two plastic containers of onions and two cardboard boxes used to store product contained fresh and old rodent droppings inside. Six bags of dried chilies were found with chewed packaging and contents.

Fresh and old rodent droppings were observed around, behind, and on the furnace in the rear basement.
