PITTSBURGH, PA — Legendary comedian Jerry Seinfeld will make a stop in Pittsburgh next year. Seinfeld will perform April 10 at 7 p.m. at the Benedum Center, Downtown, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust announced on Friday.

Seinfeld has been hailed for his uncanny ability to joke about the little things in life that relate to audiences everywhere,” a Friday news release stated. Seinfeld’s comedy career took off after his first appearance on "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson" in 1981. Eight years later, he teamed up with Larry David to create the NBC comedy series "Seinfeld."
