Man Killed, 3 People Injured In McKees Rocks Shooting

McKEES ROCKS, PA — One man was killed and three people were injured in a shooting at a townhouse in McKees Rocks on Saturday, authorities said.

Allegheny County police said the shooting happened about 5:30 p.m. on the 800 block of Ridge Way.

First responders found a man and a woman shot and took them to area hospitals. The man was pronounced dead at the hospital; the woman was listed in critical condition, police said.

A third person was shot in the hand and was treated at the scene, while the fourth victim arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest; that person was stable, police said.

Police did not say whether the third and fourth victims were men or women.

Preliminary information shows the shooting occurred outside the townhomes and detectives believe there were at least two shooters, police said.
