Man Stole Church Bell From Pittsburgh Cemetery: Police
A suspect has been charged with the February theft of an old church bell.

PITTSBURGH, PA — Two months after a church bell was stolen from a Pittsburgh cemetery, a suspect in the theft was apprehended Monday.
Pittsburgh Police plainclothes detectives arrested Matthew Pistelli, 54, in connection with the February 12 theft of the bell from the Turner Cemetery in the Squirrel Hill/Greenfield section of the city. The bell was valued at approximately $2,000.
Pistelli is charged with theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, unauthorized use of automobiles and trespass by motor vehicle.
