What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
I love helping people understand their insurance coverage and how it works, and saving money is an added bonus.
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
I wish people knew that insurance is meant to be used to repair damage caused by sudden and accidental events, and they should avoid filing small claims if they can pay out of pocket.
What's something you wish everyone knew about working with a local agent?
When you work with a knowledgeable local agent, you have someone to call with questions and concerns. A local agent will know the unique challenges a driver and homeowner faces in our region. A local agent will be available to meet in person if the client prefers.

A person should consider the financial stability of an insurance carrier. They should consider the company's technology and ease of doing business.

I love how down-to-earth and friendly people are in Pittsburgh. I also love the arts and food and culture!

I love going to TAKO downtown.

Better-Maid Donuts are the best donuts in the 'Burgh.
