Why are you running for re-election? Covid interrupted a good bit of the learning and collaborating opportunities to strengthen our community. Plus, we have a learning loss situation from the pandemic days, and test scores that need to be higher. It is my goal to help every student prosper in our schools through good education and a thriving community.

What is the single biggest issue facing the district? Learning loss and mental health needs. We need to improve both in a healthy and positive way that benefits all students.

What sets you apart from other candidates seeking this office: Sometimes the middle of the road person is overlooked, underrated, but I feel that my ability to at least consider both sides of a situation, discuss it, listen and learn, and try to compromise is a resourceful tool.
