PA College Football Player Found Dead In Dorm Room

LORETTO, PA —Pennsylvania State Police and the Cambria County Coroner's Office are investigating the death of a Saint Francis University football player who was discovered dead in his dorm on Monday.

Kevon Walker, 18, a freshman defensive lineman for the Saint Francis Red Flash was found unresponsive in his bed. He reportedly has been feeling ill in recent days, WJAC-TV in Johnstown reported.

There was no evidence of foul play. Walker's cause and manner of death are pending the results of toxicology tests.

Walker was from Buffalo, New York.

Saint Francis is located about 80 miles of east of Pittsburgh.
