CAMBRIA COUNTY, PA — A Carrolltown Borough teen has killed his mother and another woman, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Judah Quinn Courtney, 14, has been charged with two counts of criminal homicide, four counts of felony aggravated assault, three misdemeanor counts of possessing instruments of crime and one misdemeanor count of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

On Monday, state police were requested to assist the Carrolltown Police Department with investigating the deaths of two women found dead in a Flick Avenue residence.

Pronounced dead were Olivia Lee Courtney, 32, and Ashley Renee Cook, 38. Both died from multiple stab wounds; police recovered three knives from the scene.

Olivia Courtney was Judah Quinn Courtney's mother. Cook lived in the home with both of them.

Investigators identified Judah Quinn Courtney as the suspect took him into custody. He was denied bail and is being held in the Cambria County Jail.

Online court records show that Courtney was arraigned Tuesday and a preliminary hearing is slated for October 16th.
