Pittsburgh, Allegheny County: Where To Drop Off Ballots
You're running out of time to drop off your Election Day ballot. Here's are drop-off locations and times.

PITTSBURGH, PA — Ten ballot return sites around Allegheny County will remain open through Monday Nov. 7, the county Elections Division reminded voters Tuesday.
Ballots must be received by the Elections Division by 8 p.m. on Tuesday November 5 to be counted. A ballot postmarked before 8 p.m. on November 5 but arriving at the Elections Division later will not be counted; the ballot must be in the county's possession by 8 p.m.

- Allegheny County Emergency Services Building (Moon)
- Avalon Public Library
- Boyce Park – Four Seasons Lodge
- Carnegie Library - Squirrel Hill
- CCAC-Homewood
- Dormont Pool
- Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank (Duquesne)
- North Park Ice Rink
- South Park Ice Rink
The hours of the above locations are 11 a.m.-7:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on weekends through Monday.
The County Office Building Downtown on Ross Street will also be open for voters returning their mail-in ballots. The lane on Ross Street closest to the building is again available for voters to temporarily park while they return their ballot.

The County Office Building hours are 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.on weekends and 7 a.m.-8 p.m. on Election Day.
Voters wishing to turn in their ballot in person may only return it at the County Office Building. Alternatively, voters can surrender their mail-in ballot at their polling place and ask to vote in person instead (referred to as “spoiling a ballot”). Voters who are not in possession of their mail-in ballot and have not had confirmation that their mail-in ballot was received by the Elections
Division can vote provisionally on Election Day.
