The shooting happened outside Valley Royal Court around 12:35 p.m., the Westmoreland County District Attorey's Office <a href="https://www.wpxi.com/news/local/westmoreland-county-community-college-new-kensington-lockdown-police-incident/GZIODTTEFVEUZE77PFC3D5MHT4/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">told WPXI-TV.</a> It prompted the arrival of a SWAT team. The condition of the victim was not immediately available. It's unclear if a suspect is in custody.
