A troubled Pittsburgh mall seems to be for sale. Get the details here.
PITTSBURGH, PA — The owner of Pittsburgh Mills in Frazer apparently is attempting to unload the mall, which has been experiencing increasing vacancies.
WTAE-TV reported that local real estate agents have received an email from mall owner Namdar Relaty Group's chief operating officer, Dan Dilmanian, which stated that the company is "quietly" exploring a potential sale.
The email said the mall, which has been losing tenants for years, currently has a 35 percent occupancy rate.

Namdar purchased the mall in 2018 and has had problems with the property.
Potholes have become so problematic there that Frazer Township, where the mall is located, filed a lawsuit to force the New York-based company to fill them.
