Pittsburgh-Area Man Dies After Being Shot In Police Raid
A man succumbed to his wounds after being shot by law enforcement officers last month.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A man shot by law enforcement as U.S. Marshals were attempting to serve an arrest warrant at a Westmoreland County home has died.
Lyle J. Cessna, 52, died at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital on Monday, according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office.
Cessna was shot on Feb. 14 as the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task force was attempting to serve a felony arrest warrant at a residence in the 200 block of McKinley Avenue in East Vandergrift.
