PITTSBURGH, PA — A man has been detained after a fatal Memorial Day weekend shooting at a picnic in Clairton.
According to Allegheny County police, the shooting occurred in 300 block of Division Street at around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday. First responders found a man dead at the scene. He was later identified as Brendan Parsons, 23.
Preliminary information shows an argument occurred during a picnic and Parsons was shot.
