Pittsburgh-Area Toddler Drowns
A fatal accident has claimed the life of a Pittsburgh-area child.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A 2-year-old toddler drowned in an East Pittsburgh pool on Thursday.
EMS was summoned toe the 500 block of Howard Street after the girl was reported unresponsive and not breathing.
She was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner has identified the victim as Kehlani Russell.
Investigators believe the death was accidental. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call the Allegheny County Police Tip Line at 1-833-ALL-TIPS.
