Pittsburgh-Area Woman Stabs Roommate To Death: Police
A Pittsburgh-area man died from multiple stab wounds allegedly inflicted by the woman he was living with.
INDIANA COUNTY, PA — A woman faces homicide charges after a fatal stabbing Sunday night in Burrell Township.
At 7:16 p.m., Pennsylvania State Troopers were dispatched to a residence on Pender Avenue in Blairsville for a report of a stabbing.
The victim had suffered significant stab wounds and was transported to Allegheny General Hospital in Pitsburgh, where he was later pronounced dead. He has not been identified pending notification of next-of-kin.

A knife was recovered from the scene.
The victim lived with the suspect, Jesssica Lynn Morelli, 36, who has been charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault and possessing instruments of crime.

Morelli is being housed in the Indiana County Jail. The Indiana County District Attorney's Office is assisting with the investigation.
