Pittsburgh Police Seek Assistance In Locating Missing Woman

PITTSBURGH, PA — City police are searching for a missing and at risk 39-year-old woman.

Tara Nolan is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 80 pounds and has brown hair and brown
eyes. She was in contact with family by email on Thursday and and was last believed to be in the area of Allegheny Commons on Cedar Avenue on the North Side.
