PITTSBURGH, PA — After three years of offering the Heyward Blitz Sundae, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is taking a new approach in its annual partnership with Pittsburgh Steelers’ defensive standout Cam Heyward.
Bruster’s has launched a brand-new limited-time flavor—Cam’s Cookie Creation—with a fresh fundraising twist to benefit The Heyward House.
Available August 1–31, Cam’s Cookie Creation blends Bruster’s chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with Oreo cookie pieces and a rich fudge ripple.

For every purchase of the flavor in any form—cone, cup, shake, sundae, or take-home—Bruster’s will donate $1 to The Heyward House, which supports youth and families across the Pittsburgh region.
"This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to giving back, and we’re honored to stand with Cam in making a real difference, one scoop at a time,” said Jennifer Brinker marketing executive Jennifer Brinker.

From the Heyward House: “The Heyward House is grateful for Bruster’s Ice Cream's continued partnership. Not only does Cam create an original flavor that sparks his taste buds, but they continue to support us by providing their delectable ice cream at some of our events and making a generous donation each year. Bruster’s Ice Cream goes above and beyond as a partner of The Heyward House.”
This marks the fourth consecutive year of the collaboration. Last year, the campaign raised $5,000 for The Heyward House.
