Police Probing Fatal Pittsburgh-Area Shooting
A person has died after being shot Tuesday night in a Pittsburgh-area community.
PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Police Department's homicide unit is investigating the death of a man in East Pittsburgh Tuesday night.
At 10:37 p.m., 911 was notified of a shooting in the 500 block of Ridge Avenue. First responders found a man in a residence with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office has yet to release the name and age of the victim.
